In an effort to better serve their clients along the Connecticut shoreline, Fuss & O’Neill looked to relocate their Trumbull office to a renovated space in the heart of downtown, historic New Haven. The new 6,000 SF office suite supports the company’s transition to a hybrid work environment, with a blend of open workstations, smaller benching hotel stations for visiting remote workers and a handful of private offices. Meeting facilities also reflect the need for in-person and virtual meeting spaces with two conference rooms and smaller “Zoom Rooms” for in-office calls. Tecton provided full programming, design and construction administration services for the project.
