LAZ Parking operates over a million parking spaces across the country, with a brand that traces its roots back through nearly four decades of friendship. Tecton worked with LAZ to design a new home office in Hartford’s signature Gold Building, with a focus on the company’s people-focused mission and commitment to living up to “The LAZ Way.” The design marries efficient environmental systems, lighting and technology with simple materials like raw concrete and steel. The resulting space tastefully reinforces the company’s energy and purpose in a simple but elegant way, with intentional use of large-scale graphics, vibrant color and photographs celebrating LAZ’s journey.
