Pepperell Public Safety Facility

Tecton is supporting the Town of Pepperell in developing a path forward for the Town’s Police, Fire and Emergency Management Departments, with additional consideration for a regional dispatch center. This effort includes space programming and an assessment of the existing conditions at each of Pepperell’s public safety facilities and several other Town-owned properties, and a review of their suitability for renovation or replacement. Tecton developed options for each site and supported the Town as they selected the preferred option, building a new consolidated public safety facility and renovation of other related sites.
