Tecton is currently working with Madison Public Schools to create a new PreK-5 elementary school on an undeveloped Town property. The 87,000 SF school is designed with a compact, efficient footprint to leverage the natural topography of the site and create opportunities for outdoor learning. No fossil fuels will be burned on-site, and the school will utilize geothermal energy and photovoltaics to achieve an EUI of under 25.
