Establishing a Gold Standard for Aerospace Quality

Tecton has collaborated with Pratt & Whitney for more than 40 years. Our work with the Quality & Process Engineering group was aimed at creating a new centralized quality laboratory that integrates people and lab functions from across the company’s widespread campus. Tecton’s conceptual design focused on finding opportunities for efficiency, flexibility, collaboration and branding, to better support and appeal to P&W’s “internal clientele” – their engineers. A 3-day 3P planning and mock-up event kicked off a deep dive into the mission and vision for the project, with the ultimate goal of establishing a Gold Standard for aerospace quality labs.
