Refreshing an Existing School for Better Function, Efficiency and Safety

Tecton is currently working with the City of Milford to refresh the existing Pumpkin Delight Elementary School. Construction of a new gym, cafeteria and kitchen will allow for public access and use, while a new internal courtyard provides opportunities for protected play and learning gardens. This selective renovation project will also address efficiency upgrades, safety enhancements and site improvements.
